JSC “Ust-Kamenogorsk capacitor plant” expresses its respect to you and gratitude for attention to our company. With great pleasure we'd like to inform you about a new trend in ideology of products sales produced in our factory and we'd like to present our Dealer Program to your kind attention.
We adhere to the principle of equality and justice therefore everyone can be our dealer and can earn on resale of the goods produced by our company.
We are interested that you can earn good money selling products of UKCP to the final consumer. We guarantee that you will get a good margin moreover for some type of products you will get more than production profitability of the products. Why so? Because we are interested in you – in dealer, who benefits by selling our products, who distributes our products, so he (our dealer) gives job to our factory and its people.
In future we hope to sell our goods only through dealer network and so we do not need to spend time and energy for creation of our own sales structure so that we can direct our energies for production of new high tech capacitors.

General information about the Program
Our Dealer Program presents sales system in general and we count on intermediator firms – dealers. Everyone can be our dealer both legal and natural person who has wish and possibilities to sell products of UKCP factory.
Our products
Products of JSC “UKCP” is a wide range of power capacitors and capacitor banks. Technical characteristics of our products are on the level of famous world manufacturers. New technologies, raw materials and components (Switzerland, Finland, Japan, Russia), multiple control for production and tests allow us to guarantee high quality of our products.
At the same time we have competitive prices that are more acceptable compared with well-known manufactures.
Pricing policy
We believe that it is necessary to create conditions of good interests for dealer. Therefore we developed and applied pricing system in our Program. There are two categories of prices: retail and dealer price categories.
Retail category of prices: prices that are freely offered for every potential client (we don't give any discounts).
Dealer category of prices: (intended only for dealers and no more for whom) it is a minimum in selling price that can be allowed by our factory to produce products with sufficient profitability level.
In this way you have guaranteed possibility to sell products to the final consumer at our factory price. However you can sell products at higher price – all profit will be yours. You also have the right to sell products at lower price than retail price having smaller profit but you will get guaranteed income thereby interrupted offers of your competitors.
Positioning
We pay attention to qualitative positioning of our products. With the purpose of support and work convenience we grant sufficiently promotional/advertising catalogues, methodic and technical documentation, and another presentation materials for our dealer. Your address with reference that you are our dealer in XXX territory will be placed on our official website ( www.ukkz.com ). We'll issue an official Dealer Certificate to confirm your dealer status.
Consultations
Responsible persons from Dealer Company can easily refer to appropriate departments of UKCP for consultation both technical and commercial. You'll be listened attentively and our specialists will give qualified answers for the main products, ordering and delivering of the goods.
Inquiries
We guarantee that not a single of your inquiries (inquiries concerning products supply) will remain without answer. We undertake to work up your inquiries quickly. If you order non-standard type of products we'll try to find possibilities to produce them involving all our technical potential to solve the problem.
On every stage of production and delivery we will inform you about order fulfillment condition. We'll produce and supply products in exactly stipulated time and not let you down.
Dealer meeting
Every year, in summer, we're planning to arrange dealer meeting. Leaders of dealer companies will visit splendid natural place of the East Kazakhstan where we can easily communicate in informal atmosphere and mainly to have a rest: to bathe in the cleanest mountain lake, to eat national Kazakh dishes, to sunbathe under our hospitable sunbeams and to breathe with light alpine air.
