Low-Voltage Capacitor Banks, Multistep, Adjustable

These banks are designed for reactive power compensation in networks at voltage class up to 1000 V with variable load. Bank operation is based on a microprocessor controller of reactive power. The increase of cos φ in a network is realized by monitoring power factor values in real time and its correction by switching the required power of capacitors (control step).
